It is rightly stated that the associated technology is the “key” to all the fundamental problems of the 21st century and that artificial intelligence (AI) constitutes, in such a perspective, its new frontier, an “inevitable technological revolution”, comparable to electricity or the automobile. It is par excellence a disruptive innovation, because it disrupts control and the acquisition of knowledge and affects practically all sectors of human activity. In just a few months, artificial intelligence has gone from the stage of development to reality, asserting itself as the revolution the most powerful and fastest technology in history. The high-speed diffusion of AI has already produced the first specific effects, disrupting production and work organization methods, especially in the service sector.
