Voucherele de vacanță –o provocare a dreptului în fața crizelor economice

Abstract

The legislative frame regarding holiday vouchers is, as a direct consequence of successive and uncorrelated legislative changes, both contradictory, inconsistent and insufficient to adress several repetitive hypothetis brought to justice in a court of law. The present study aims to underline the vulnerabilities of legal provisions in force nowadays mainly in order to facilitate measures of legal remediation.
